The Elective Chapter of the Carmelite Monastery of Mayagüez, Puerto Rico, was held 22 June 2012. The following were elected:

• Treasurer:  Sr. María Rodríguez, O.Carm.
• Sacristan:  Sr. Ivette Mediavilla, O.Carm.
