• Second Councilor: Fr. Alberto Bezerra da Costa, O.Carm.
• Third Councilor:  Fr. Aloísio Saturnino da Silva Primo, O.Carm.
• Fourth Councilor:  Fr. José Cláudio de Alencar Batista, O.Carm.
