The communion between the various components of the Carmelite Family is expressed through effective communication, by which we are enriched by giving each other, and a good cooperation, especially in the service of the new evangelization. In this way, the joy of the creative fecundity that comes from the multi-faceted incarnation of the Carmelite charism (Const. 28), manifests itself in the Church and in the world. The General Chapter has decided that there will be a full-time General Delegate that fosters communion and collaboration among the friars, nuns, hermits and nuns.
