• First Councilor:   Fr. Marlon Lacal, O.Carm.
• Second Councilor: Fr. Eduardo Albino, O.Carm.
• Third Councilor:  Fr. Fernando Lopez, O.Carm.
• Fourth Councilor:  Fr. Gilbert Billena, O.Carm.
