• 2nd Councilor:  Sr. María Mercedes Medina Zárraga, O. Carm.
• 3rd Councilor:   Sr. Noemi Temprano Reguillón, O.Carm.
• 4th Councilor:   Sr. Maria Ines Nthenya Nzyuko, O.Carm.
