The Holy Father, Pope Francis, has appointed today as adjunct secretary of the Pontifical Council for Legislative Texts H.E. Msgr. Filippo Iannone, O. Carm, archbishop-bishop Emeritus of Sora-Aquino-Pontecorvo, currently vicegerent of Rome.
