The first Assembly of the Federation “Nuestra Señora del Carmen”, was held 22-24 October 2019 at La Vega, Dominican Republic. The following were elected:

President: Sr. María Consuelo Rivera, O.Carm. (Monción)
1st Councilor: Sr. Ana María Arroyo, O. Carm. (La Vega)
2nd Councilor: Sr. Lourdes María Aviles, O. Carm. (Mayagüez)
3rd Councilor: Sr. María Josefina Luna, O.Carm. (Monción)
4th Councilor: Sr. Norma del Carmen Sánchez, O.Carm. (Porlamar)
Treasurer: Sr. María Rosanna Serrata, O.Carm. (Monción)
