Sr. Sheila also stated, “We are very grateful to Sr. Jane Remson for starting the Carmelite NGO and for her leadership for more than twenty years. … Her futuristic vision and commitment to promote justice and to create a loving and peaceful world through the Carmelite NGO’s advocacy in caring for the human and spiritual needs of humankind and the environment was very evident in her leadership.”
